72hrs spent much of his free time playing video games when he was growing up, largely due to the fact that his family moved around a lot.

"He began streaming Dead By Daylight for fun in 2014 and quickly gained a following. This made him consider sropping out of medical school in favor of pursuing a fulltime streaming career, but his father encouraged him to rather go the route of a part-time student until he was truly earning enough consistently to make it a viable career path. In December 2017, he realized that his viewership was declining, and so switched over to Fortnite this move paid off, as his viewership started growing again, and he was signed on with Team Liquid in March 2018. He then moved ove to Team Liquid three months later."
