He was a fan of Ergaon and based his name off of the character, Solembum.

Solem grew up playing video games. He is a long-term fan of the Yu-Gi-Oh! paper card game and still collects them, even though he no longer plays.

After struggling to find new goals to strive for in-game, he decided to just try streaming to see how it would go. So he started streaming on September 1, 2018.

Solem is known as a Wild content creator, playing his viewers decks, his custom card contests, criticism of Blizzard, meme deck plays, and educational content.
