Adept’s Former Teammate Leaks DMs

A former Overwatch teammate of Adept’s has released audio recordings, DMs, and what she claims is a voice tape in which Adept admits to being more concerned with other things than her relationship with xQc.

Adept stated that she was married to xQc for three years before they separated. Fans of both streamers disagree about whose version of events to trust because it contrasts with xQc’s account. Bamfxo, with whom Adept had previously played on an Overwatch squad in 2017, refuted Adept’s claim that the two had been married for a long time. Adept, according to Bamf, was cheating on her then-boyfriend behind his back while manipulating him for financial gain, calling him a “vile person” in the process. Bamf responded with screenshots of the contentious streamer making racial slurs in Discord DMs after Adept addressed these accusations live on stream.

The exchange between Adept and Bamfxo has been fairly back-and-forth, and the DMs that were leaked were only made public after Adept responded to the initial charges on live. Beginning on June 1, 2023, Bamf accused Adept of being a “manipulator” in the past and called her a “vile person” for how she handled former relationships.

A clip of what Bamfxo claims to be a discussion she had with Adept farther down the thread shows that she put substance before her friendship with xQc at the time. Since this tweet thread was made public on June 1, Adept has responded by holding a lengthy stream that lasted almost two hours in an effort to refute these claims. As a result, the streamer has leveled several accusations at Bamfxo. These accusations include Bamf actively seeking other guys while dating a professional League of Legends player, as well as the former teammate posting “revenge p**n” of teammates they were on the squad with.

Adept also displayed screenshots from a game account that she claims to be Bamfxo’s alternate one. In-game transphobic remarks were seen in these screenshots. Adept also had Marla, a coworker of theirs who was on the roster, support her denials of the slurs Bamf has accused her of saying.

Since then, Bamf has responded to the stream with a number of videos of DMs that were sent in the past, many of which showed Adept using racial and transphobic slurs. Adept still hasn’t addressed the fresh round of accusations against her as of this writing.
