Amouranth Shares Story About Fan Encounter

Amouranth has described her most unsettling encounter with a fan, who hugged her while she was cosplaying at a comic convention.

Sadly, it’s not unusual for our favorite influencers to have some really unusual experiences with fans, whether it be stalkers or obsessed admirers. Amouranth, a Twitch broadcaster and OnlyFans model, has undoubtedly encountered her fair share of scary situations, most notably dealing with stalkers who have even made repeated attempts to get into her home. 

On a recent That’s What She Said podcast episode on June 2, the Twitch star was questioned about her most peculiar fan encounter. The skilled streamer talked about her time managing a booth at a comic gathering and how she felt compelled to embrace a fan. She recalled; “I was being a cosplay guest at a comic convention in Huston, I think it was just Spider-Gwen. This guy comes up to me with a sign on his shirt, he’s hanging it from around his neck, it says ‘free hugs’ and he doesn’t even say a word to me.”

The Twitch celebrity went on to explain how she eventually gave in and gave the man a hug in order to avoid coming across as a “a**hole” in front of her viewers. “I’m on stream, and I don’t want to look like an asshole because I’m running a booth and I’m supposed to be nice to fans. I wanna be nice to everyone, but now I wish I wasn’t,” she said. 

After showing how the fan entered for a hug, Amouranth put out an uneasy audible grunt. The streamer continued, “I should’ve charged for that hug,”

Amouranth went on to say that she has become “much wiser” in her interactions with fans and that she may eventually start charging to “step on them.”
